All orders come with the option of requesting a replacement or a refund if the device arrives damaged.

You can file a refund or return claim with us, and such refund or return has been granted in part or in full under the current Refund and Returns Policies. By doing so, you agree to waive all claims against us.

We will email you to inform you that your item has been received after it is inspected. We will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

Once your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified time period.

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: and send your item to us according to the instructions we provide you by email. Please contact us before sending products!

You can return your item if it is in the same condition you received it. Also, you will need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.
